First level sommelier, Zach Stewart joined Indigo Road in 2012 with more than 18 years in the hospitality industry. As general manager, Stewart brings an extensive history of experience in fine dining service including previous managerial positions within Indigo Road and over 10 years of serving and bartending. Stewart looks forward to bringing the Indigo Road brand of hospitality to a new market and upholding the culture of the hospitality group. He became involved in the industry through his family, with siblings working and running various restaurants across the country. In his spare time, Stewart enjoys golfing and other sporting events, as well as live music and spending time with his dogs. Stewart attended the University of South Carolina Upstate.
